CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY & FEE:

To best serve our clients and staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via phone or email to cancel or reschedule appointments. Short notice cancellations prevent other clients from reserving these slots and directly affects stylists' earning potential. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book all online appointments. Clients who no-show or cancel with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the missed service cost and the client may be required to provide a deposit for future appointments. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.

SERVICE & PRODUCT SATISFACTION POLICY:

Client satisfaction is important to us. If you have questions about a service, please do not hesitate to reach out to us within 7 days. Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, and the stylist will be given opportunity to perform adjustment if warranted. Most corrective color processes require multiple visits, therefore color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments. Retail items returned within 7 days with receipt will be given store credit only, no cash refunds. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned. All sales are final.

Our highly trained staff is here to help and all extensively trained! First off Welcome we are glad you found us! We will get to know your wants & needs as well as timeline and do our best to match you with the perfect team member!

How do i know who to ask for?

Yes! There is no better way to say " I love you", "thank you" or "just because you're special to me" than a House of Zen gift card!
Available online or in-person

We accept cash and all credit cards. Any payments made via credit card will incur a 1.5% processing fee. No checks accepted. 

Yes we do! We have many male clients that come regularly for Salon & Spa services.

We love children and most of us are proud parents ourselves. However space is limited and to ensure the best experience for everyone, we require children to have an appt & be occupied by an adult. Thank you.

Are Children allowed to come to my appointment?

While we do take walk-ins, there may be times we can’t guarantee that there will be a team member available. We encourage you to call before you arrive to check for specific “day-of” availability.
